Please take care when purchasing your flickerSTICKS™ or flickerPASS™ product. We cannot provide a refund on any product that has already shipped.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of completing the purchase without penalty through our contact form. All orders are fullfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.

The USB hardware comes with a lifetime warranty from OCZ Technology. Upon confirmation of hardware failure by flickerSTICKS™, the faulty hardware will be replaced for you at no additional cost beyond the postage required to ship it to us. Hardware lifetime warranty does not apply to the software.

The software does not come with warranties or guarantees and should be considered “use at own risk”. We recommend all data be backed up on a regular basis as software, regardless of the system being used, fails from time to time.

Should the software on your drive become corrupted within
90 days of purchase, return the USB flash drive along with
proof of purchase and it will be replaced free of charge
(you must pay the shipping to get the drive to us).

If the software on the drive becomes corrupted after 90
days, we can rebuild the drive for a nominal fee.
