flickerSTICKS is a subsidiary of flickerWORKS Inc. and is an authorized reseller of OCZ Technologies products. As a product reseller, flickerSTICKS is not responsible or liable for how users choose to use the product, nor is flickerSTICKS responsible or liable for the data users choose to store on the products.

Warranty
While rare, electronic memory can fail. flickerSTICKS provides warranty through OCZ Technologies on the hardware only. The installed software does not come with any warranty or guarantee and are "use at your own risk". Each flash drive is manually tested prior to shipping. If you suspect a problem with your drive, do not delete the applications or reformat the drive as doing so voids your warranty.

Should your drive become corrupted, flickerSTICKS will a) replace it with a new one of of same or equal value within 90 days of purchase at no cost to you; b) after 90 days of purchase, rebuild the drive for a nominal fee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the drive to us. We will be responsible for shipping the replacement drive back to you. We can not assume responsibility for products lost or stolen in shipping and recommend you insure your shipments.

We can not recover lost or corrupted data, nor can we recover lost or forgotten passwords.

Security
Security is a process, not a product. The products installed on flickerSTICKS are designed to provide users with a high level of security. flickerSTICKS is not responsible
or liable for your security or safety or the security or safety of the data
contained on your flash drive. By purchasing this product, you agree to
use the product at your own risk.

Shipping
You are responsible for all duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or taxes that
are applied to your order. All free shipping is done via regular post and can take
up to 14 days.
